The Mobile Monday Bangkok #10 – the 10th edition celebrations were held on Monday June 15th 2015 at the elegant Marriott Thonglor.
Anniversary edition of MoMo brought together an evening of insightful speeches and full house of regional tech and mobile industry crowd and media.
Keynote speakers Twilio, HotelsCombined, flew in from Hong Kong (Twilio) and Australia (HotelsCombined) to connect with the Thai community. Thai main speaker was OptOk and upstart MUUT.
Prior to the event, Twilio had just finished funding round becoming the latest Silicon Valley unicorn (reached 1 billion dollar valuation).
Far fetch HotelsCombined landed 30 minutes before the event, to share secrets of their growth story. Local adtech company OptOk covered topics on video advertising and Thai mobile user behavior.
Last but not least, MUUT, a start-up phenomenon brought Thai-Finn 13 and 11 year old start-up boys, William Holm and Patrik Holm (CTO and CEO) to share their interesting business model and vision.
